What is the BLVD VIP Card?
The BLVD VIP Card is our way of rewarding our guests for their continued support. The program is completely free! For every $150 you spend at our restaurants, you will earn $10 in BLVD VIP Dollars that may be used during any future dining experience at BLVD, birthday and anniversary perks, as well as additional offers that will be sent to you via email.

How do I join?
You can sign up at any BLVD location. Inquire with your server to get started! At this time we do not offer an online signup option, but it will be coming soon!

I signed up for a BLVD VIP Card in the restaurant, but now I don’t know how to register my card.

Why am I not able to redeem my BLVD VIP dollars?
Sounds like your card is not registered. Click here and follow the steps to register your card.

I tried to register my card, but the website reads:

“This card number had not yet been entered into the system.” Help!

What if I forget to bring my card when I dine at BLVD?
No problem! Just tell your server or bartender that you don’t have it with you and they can look up your account via another form of ID, such as your driver’s license.

I forgot my VIP Card and my server did not award points on my previous visit. Can I still get credit?
Sure can! If your purchase was within the last 60 days, contact us with your card number, date, and receipt number (see image below). Please note that this does not apply to purchases prior to joining the BLVD VIP Program.

How do I redeem my BLVD VIP Dollars?
You may redeem BLVD VIP Dollars by specifying the amount you would like to redeem with your server at the end of your meal. You can view your balance here, or ask your server to check. You may redeem any amount of your VIP Dollars towards your bill– so if you have a balance of $40 BLVD VIP Dollars, you may use any amount, up to that $40, towards your meal.

I am going to BLVD with a group and would like to have all of the points combined from the whole check. Can this be done?
Definitely! One BLVD VIP card can earn all the points for the entire check, but only one member’s items will receive the discount. This allows you to get to the reward levels much quicker.

Why am I not receiving exclusive BLVD VIP Bonus emails.
First, ensure your emails are not going to your spam folder. If you have unsubscribed from our email list, contact us and we will ensure you are on our list.

What if I forgot my login password?
You may request a new password by going to the login page here and clicking on the “Forgot Password” link. Type in your email address and press “Submit.” Your password will be reset and emailed to you. Once you login to your account you may reset your password.

How do I change my email address?
Click here to login or register your card. If you forgot your password and do not have access to your old email address, contact us with your card number and new email address.

I have two cards. Can I combine the points onto one card?
Yes, please contact us with your name and both card numbers.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
You can request a new card by contacting us here and providing your mailing address. We will cancel your old card and send you a new one!

Can I get a new card if mine is worn out or broken?
You can request a new card by contacting us here and providing your mailing address. We will cancel your old card and send you a new one!
